The title is a quote from Octavia E. Butler’s seminal work, “The Parable of the Sower” This line points to the theological wisdom found in many religious traditions, and perhaps more importantly, in the lived experience of many of us. We’ll explore how we can befriend, even embrace change in our lives and the world around us. This is also the end of our pledge campaign. We’ll celebrate and ponder what changes may be ahead of us at LCUUF in the months and years ahead. Rev. Matt Alspaugh will give the talk.
