Accessibility Statement for Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

This is an accessibility statement from Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

In living out our Principles, the Unitarian Universalist Association strives to welcome and affirm people of all abilities.

Nearly 50 million people (1 in 5 of the U.S. population) in the United States have a disability—visible or invisible, public or private. For everyone, whether having a disability or not, the environment in which we live, learn, play, sing, work, meditate, reflect, and pray must feel welcoming in order for everyone to grow and thrive. This includes our congregational websites.

The Theme for Congregations that we use is built with a high degree of accessibility in mind.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is not assessed with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Not assessed means that the content has not been evaluated or the evaluation results are not available.
