Whether you are considering a visit, a move to Lakeside or you’re already living here, you’ll find a warm welcome when you enter our doors or connect online with us.

Our faith, Unitarian Universalism, is a spiritually alive and justice-centered religion. Unitarian Universalists search for truth along many paths. Rather than basing our religion on specific beliefs, we gather around common moral values that include the inherent worth and dignity of every person. We believe that the things we share are much more significant than our differences.

If you’re searching for a spiritual home where people respect each other’s different beliefs and come together as one faith, without religious creed or dogma, you can find it here. We are a caring, liberal, open-minded community that encourages you to seek your own spiritual path wherever it leads.

Since 2005, we have been creating a family of support where we can explore our potential as individuals, as well as reach out to the local community, which provides ample volunteer opportunities. You are welcome here no matter what your age, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or gender identity, who you love, or which of life’s challenges you face. Although many of our members are competent (or even fluent) or native Spanish speakers, our services are primarily in English.

We meet every Sunday at 12:00 a.m. in Riberas del Pilar (between  Chapala and Ajijic) in a wheelchair-accessible facility.  We are on the south side of the Carretera at the Anglican Church at San Lucas 19 in Riberas, one block from the Catholic Church. Please join us!

Mask are optional.   The board will review the state of Covid at Lakeside as needed to determine if the need for a mask mandate is needed in the future.
