If you wish to pay your pledge in U.S. dollars, you may send your payments to the Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fund, Inc., which is a U.S. 501(c)(3) charitable organization incorporated in Texas.  U.S. tax receipts will be distributed in January by email.

The four methods of transferring funds to the Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fund, Inc. (LCUUF, Inc.) are:

BILL PAY

To use your U.S. bank’s Bill Pay function to make your pledge payment, please contact Susan Miller, Treasurer of LCUUF, Inc. at  [email protected] for the account information.

It is not possible to identify the person that has deposited checks directly into the LCUUF, Inc. account via Bill Pay. When you use your bank’s Bill Payer feature to deposit money directly into the LCUUF, Inc., account, please also send an email to [email protected] and state the date, the amount of money deposited, and whether it is for your pledge, for Share the Basket or a donation.

PAYPAL

To use your PayPal account to make your pledge payment, log in to your PayPal account and enter the Fund’s email address:  [email protected]    The choice to “Send money to a friend” and avoid the PayPal fee has disappeared.   A PayPal fee will  levied.  You will be given a US tax receipt for the amount that LCUUF, Inc. receives, so the donor is paying the PayPal fee.  In the Note space provided, write “Pledge payment for 2022-23 from (your name).”

PAPER CHECK

If you are at Lakeside, you may put a U.S. dollar check made out to Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fund, Inc. in the offering basket on Sunday.  Contact Susan Miller [email protected] or Al Castleman, Treasurer, [email protected] if you prefer to deliver the check to us personally.  We can deposit the check to Truist Bank remotely.

IN PERSON AT TRUIST BANK

If you are in the USA, you may make your pledge payment by depositing a check at your local Truist Bank.  Contact Susan Miller  [email protected]g for account number information.  Please make your check out to Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fund, Inc.
